This website has been created with a view to quick and qualitative redressal of the grievance of the people. With the help of this site the problems will be mitigated in filing the grievances of the people before the appropriate authority. Subsequently it will be sorted out as per the law of the land. In this way now people will not have to face harassment in filing their grievances.

To provide transparent and public Oriented Administration to the people of the state is the sole motto of the government. Public Grievance is the part and parcel of the good governance programme. Rather It is the main pillar of the good governance programme. Public Grievance Cell has been created with a view to quick and qualitative redressal of the grievance of poor people who reside in far flung area.
